
Here’s a super yummy banana bread recipe that’s so easy to make . . .
2 medium bananas
1/3 cup vegetable oil or coconut oil
1/2 cup honey
2 eggs
1/4 cup your choice of milk
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 3/4 cup flour
You can also mix in some dried fruit, chocolate chips, or chopped walnuts if you want.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Bake for about 50 minutes but check on it every so often. You’ll know it’s done if you can stick a knife or toothpick in and it comes out clean.
