
We made the yummiest baked oatmeal recipe the other day. The recipe makes a thin sheet of baked oats in a 8×18 oven safe dish.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Bake for 15 minutes and then check on it every few minutes until lightly browned
RECIPE BELOW
1 cup old fashioned oats or quick oats
1/2 cup almond milk or any milk you prefer
2 eggs
2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
2 tablespoons nut butter
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Additions to mix in: Fruit, Nuts, Chocolate Chips, Coconut, Dried Fruit
Yogurt Drizzle: 1 container of Greek yogurt, lemon juice, honey, coconut milk (customize measurements based off of taste and consistency preferences)
